My dad (Michael), brother (Chris), and I signed up for a family membership on April 29th at the event after talking with one of the registration people there. We paid by check for the event entry fees and the membership for all three of us. We still haven't seen any information from the national SCCA office. When I called membership services, they didn't show any one of us in the system and said that they are turning around received applications in about 3 days. They also mentioned that a family membership is only for parents with children under 21.
Can anyone help track down what happened to the check (it was cashed on 5/3 after the event) and membership application? We are doing the school this weekend and really don't want to pay for a weekend membership if we don't have to but more importantly, we would like to get this straightened out for the rest of the season.
