I'd wait and see the course, then figure out if it is a "left hand" or "right hand" course, put them on the appropriate side.

Iain (maybe add some wedge?)

(front. Understeer blows:)

front for sure..... and put your BETTER two street tires on the rear

I'd rather do eight 360's by putting them on the front and oversteering than understeer ANY time

hmmm... I'm not sure you;d really want them on either end. I did one event with much grippier front tires than rears, and even in a front wheel drive car (granted it is pretty oversteery on 4 equal tires) I had a dickens of a time controlling the oversteer, and was actually about a second slower than I would have been had I just left 4 matching grip level tires on the car.

If I can get the front to stick I can work with the rear and see how it does!!

Iain's advice is always golden. Seriously. I'd definitely listen.

Run 4 tires with as equal grip as possible. I've done what you are asking and it sucks whether the good tires are on the front, back or one side. 4 tires with bad grip is much easier to drive that two with good and two with bad grip regardless of where you put them.

If you must try it, follow Ian's advice.

Put them on the right side and I really think it helped out alot, Thanks for all your input. Now I will go out and find 4 15in rims for my 4 race tires that I have and give it a go for next race. Thanks agian guys!
