The Puma Alsten also works well, IMO... there's been Asteen I, II, III and IV, apparently (I only became aware of them with the third generation).

The Alsten III might still exist on DSW closeout shelves and on eBay (beware: the uppers are all vinyl, unlike the Alsten IV, if that matters to you), but for the most part, they're discontinued.
