Thanks to all of our newer members who came out to run with us!

I have some questions for all of you who have recently taken your first shot at autocross with RMSolo:

Did you have a good time?
Did you feel like you were welcomed and encouraged?
Did you feel that you were able to get through the registration/check-in/run/work process easily?
Was there any information that you felt was not adequately provided to you prior to the event?
What can we do to improve a "first-timer's" experience, and keep you excited about coming back again?

I ask these questions for a couple of reasons. The first is that I really do enjoy introducing people to our sport and our program. I also want to hear your feedback, because, from a "good of the club" point of view, we really do want to meet our new-comers' expectations. The more the merrier, right?

RMSolo greatly values our Novices, and we want to help you "get into stride" with the program, and have as much fun as all of our old hands (addicts) do. Let us know what you think!

I enjoyed the first event with you guys. Was nice to have a more relaxed atmosphere and I felt pretty welcome.

What can we do to improve a "first-timer's" experience, and keep you excited about coming back again? CAN'T THINK OF ANYTHING. IT'S ALL GOOD!
*After the event started I found out that you guys have copies of the course map at the registration table! That's a great touch that I'm sure will help me in the future. I know you didn't have enough to go around this time but I'll be lookin' for 'em next month! :D

A special thanks to Jamie Leben who taught me about grid/course set up and what to do as a Starter. His patience and pleasant demeanor make it all even more enjoyable!

Wait a minute! Jamie -- don't train her too well, I'm recruiting her for Timing!! Remember, Diana, that Timing has heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer ... :D
