National Tour Questions

Regarding the national tour on July 15th and 16th I have a few novice questions...

1) Is anyone allowed to sign up and run (ie. novices like myself)?

2) As for the required decals, the registration said they'd be available at the time of registration at the event. Are these actual decals or magnets? I know the Tirerack windshield one is a decal but I was wondering if I'd need to bring my own magnetic sheets for the body panel decals.

Any current SCCA member is allowed to singup and run.

As for the decals, they are decals and you will need to bring magnetic material. Some of the required logos are just vinyl and may be applied and removed without residue.

1) Anyone can run. You have to be an SCCA member, however.

2) They are stickers. If you don't want to stick them on the car you'll have to bring your own magnetic material, or tape them onto the car.

Additional question:

Registration is on Friday. What are the times? I work 7am-5pm and there is no way I can get there inside those times. Is there a Saturday morning registration option?

Registration is open until 7pm. If you cannot get there until then, there is late registration and tech at 7 am saturday AM.

You doing the Pro Solo too?

Cool! I think I should be able to get there by 7pm. I'm not planning on doing the Prosolo, as of yet. My tranny doesn't appreciate drag launches. But I may change my mind. If I grenade the tranny, it's a great excuse to get a new one.
