24 October Eagle County Instructors

Hi Kids!

We have 18 students registered so far. We may be over 20 by the end of next week!

There will only be 5 Eagle County locals helping us.

Here's who I think I have signed up:

Everyone except for Stephen, Ken and Yarko will attend training Sat nite and will need a hotel room.

Kubo, please confirm your availability for both Sat and Sun ASAP.

Okay, so we have a bit of a dilemma. There may not be enough rooms to go around for everyone to have a seperate room. I'll assume Ed and Denise can stand to room together, as well as the Pizzato clan. Is there anyone else who wouldn't mind rooming together so we can get maximum participation?

I really, really, really want as many of you as possible to attend the traing dinner Saturday nite, rather than driving up the morning of . . .

Lemme know ASAP please, the hotel is trying to nail down the rooms.

I'm sorry but I have to back out as an instructor (I can't be there Saturday evening -- possibly helps solve your hotel room issue). I could possibly still get up there Saturday (driving up Saturday am) to help out in some other fashion...

I will be attending the saturday night class, and staying over for the school.

Morgan can attend the sat class, but she can't commit to sunday, yet. She may still have homework to finish.

We are fine staying with Al and Tiff.

Do you have contact info for the dinner provider. I have a serious food allergy and need to check with them.

Lisa and I have prior plans with the Rickli's Saturday night so I definitely won't be there that evening. I'm gonna try to wake up early and make the trek to Eagle on Sunday morning, so theoretically I should be there for the school. I'd like to help, I've had fun at the last one! But don't be surprised (or offended) if I don't show up though :o

It's okay if you sit this one out due to prior plans. We will have enough instructors. I'd rather count on you not coming, than plan for you to come and have you not show up.

There will be lots more opportunities in the future.
