Welcome!
It can be confusing to figure out what class you're in sometimes. Basically, the "Rule of Thumb" on the rules is if it doesn't specifically say you CAN, you CAN'T.
If you take your list-o-mods and read through all the classes and check-off each mod when you find where they're mentioned as "legal", when you get to the end of your list you'll know your class.

If I'm reading the rules correctly, the CF hood puts you in Street Modified. If your car is front wheel drive, you can run in Street Modified-FWD.

16. STREET MODIFIED CATEGORY
16.1 ALLOWED MODIFICATIONS
I. Front hoods (engine covers), engine covers, trunk lids and
hatches not containing glass, front fenders, rear fenders not part
of chassis structure (unibody), front & rear facias, and side skirts
may be modified or replaced, and may be attached with removable
fasteners.

If you went back to the stock hood, the .040" over-bore puts you in SP...

15. STREET PREPARED CATEGORY
15.10 ENGINE AND DRIVE TRAIN
S. Cylinders may be rebored to no more than .0472 in. over standard
bore and the appropriate standard oversize piston may be
substituted. This overbore dimension is an absolute limit; no
additional tolerance is permitted to accommodate wear. Cast or
forged, non-stock pistons of the same dimensions and configuration
as original equipment pistons may be used.

All the rest would be legal in ST...

14. STREET TOURING CATEGORY

14.2 BODYWORK
F. Addition of spoilers, splitters, body kits, rear wings and nonfunctional
scoops/vents is allowed. The intent of this allowance
is to accommodate commonly available appearance kits, and
replicas thereof, which have no significant aerodynamic function
at Solo speeds. Body kits are limited to bumper covers,
valances, side skirts, and fender flares. Standard parts may not
be removed except for the substitution of spoilers, rear wings,
bumper covers and valances. Rear wings must attach only aft of
the rear wheel centerline.
The allowances regarding wings and spoilers only allow swapping
like for like if the original device was not an OE option as
configured by the factory, i.e. a spoiler for a spoiler or a wing for
a wing. If a vehicle is available without a wing or spoiler from
the manufacturer then either can be installed.
Surface area of all splitters, spoilers and rear wing (see 12.9)
shall not exceed 5 square feet in sum total. Substitution of rear
spoilers or wings must retain any original third brake light functionality
unless otherwise equipped. No underbody panels may
be added or substituted. The drilling of holes for the purpose of
mounting these pieces is permitted.

14.3 TIRES
Tires must meet the eligibility requirements of the Stock category
(excluding 13.3.F), with the following additional restrictions:
A. Tires may have section widths up to and including the following:
ST, STS – 225 mm
STX (AWD), STU (AWD) – 245 mm
STX (2WD) – 265 mm
STU (2WD). – 285 mm
B. Tires must have a minimum tread wear rating of 140.
C. Tire models must not appear on the following list, which may be
altered at any time by the SEB upon notification of the
membership.
Pirelli P Zero Corsa

14.4 WHEELS
A. Any wheels are allowed with widths up to the following:
ST, STS – 7.5"
STX (AWD) – 8"
STX (2WD) – 9"
STU - unlimited

14.10 ENGINE AND DRIVETRAIN
C. The air intake system up to, but not including, the engine inlet
may be modified or replaced.
D. Exhaust manifolds and headers may be replaced with alternate
units which are emissions-legal.

Are the aftermarket sleeves, pistons, and rods, identical to the OE components, with the exception of the allowed overbore? If not, you will have to stick to Street Modified FWD, or E Prepared. Both are good classes. Don't worry about being competitive your first seaosn. Just come out and have fun.

Here's a couple of cool charts to help you as well. Probably not 100% correct but they seem pretty accurate.

You and your car must be registered with RMSolo in order to participate in our events.

There are basically 3 steps:

1. Register yourself
2. Register your car(s)
3. Register for an event

Follow the directions below to get registered:

1. Establishing an RMSolo Account:

- Go to the RMSolo website (www.rmsolo.org).
- Click the "Registration" link on the left side of the page.
- Click the "create your own account" link near the top of the page.
- Fill in the requested information. Note that an SCCA membership number is not required to establish an account.
- Click "Submit Form" at the bottom of the page. You now have an RMSolo account!
- Click the "Registration" link again, and sign in to your account using the Sign-in name and Password you specified on the registration form.

2. Determine your car's class

It's relatively easy for a "stock" vehicle:
- Near the bottom of the Registration page, click the "Click here" link that's preceded by "Don't know what class your car is in? To go to Jerry Mouton's Solo2 Class page."
- Scroll down to the "Stock Category sorted by Make" link and click it.
- Find your car, and note the class designation.
For a car with modifications, check the Solo Rule book and/or ask for some classing help on he forums.

3. Pick a number for your car.
- Return to the Registration page and click the "Car Registry" link.
- Click and read the "instructions on using/reserving numbers" This will explain our numbering system.
- At the bottom of the "My Cars and Numbers" page, click the "View master list of reserved numbers" link.
- Scroll down the list to your car's class and note the numbers that are already taken. You can claim any number that is NOT already on the list for your car. That number will be yours for the entire season.
- Click the link at the top of the page to return to the Car Registry page.
- Click the "Register a Car" link.
- Fill in the required information, and click the "Add Car" link.
- Your car will appear on the page.
- Click the "Add a number" link next to your car's listing.
- Fill in the "SCCA Class" and "Number to Add."
- Check the box below the "number to Add" window. This will reserve the "co-driver" version (your number plus 100) for your number in case you may want to let someone else drive your car as a co-driver in the future.
- Your car, with it's designated number and class should now appear on the "My car and numbers" page. At this point, you have now successfully registered your car!

4. To register for an event:
- Click on the "Registration" link on the "menu bar" on the left side of the screen.
- Click the "Registration" link under "My Season."
- Make sure the radio button for your car is selected (Should be a default if you only have one car in your registry).
- Add tire and sponsor information (optional).
- Add work preference (optional). Work preference is just that, a preference, and does not guarantee that you'll get that assignment. The Chief of Workers makes those assignments and may not be able to fulfill everyone's preference.
- Add Special request if appropriate. Special requests are things like "I need to run early/late in the day if possible" Again, we can't always accommodate special requests.
- Click the "Register for Event link at the bottom of the page. Congratulations!!! You've registered for the event. A confirmation page will pop up showing the information recorded for that registration. If you need to make a change, click "make modifications". If you find out after registering, that you won't be able to attend an event you've registered for, please unregister by clicking the "Remove your registration" link. After registering, you can click the link above your registration info to see who else is registered for the event (or verify your registration is removed if you've had to cancel). If you don't see your registration info under the appropriate class, contact the administrator at ord@rmsolo.org.

So that's it. Do all this before 10:00 AM on the Thursday morning before an event and you'll be registered for that weekends event!

Registering for subsequent events only takes a couple of mouse clicks after you've gone through the initial process.

If you have any questions or problems, you can call me at 719-310-8281.

There is a link on here where you can make your own numbers. You can also get magnetic sheets from Hobby Lobby or better yet, a print shop and then either cut out your numbers or nicely draw/paint them on the sheets.

Your car seems to be SMF which is street modified front wheel drive. So look through the list of numbers and find a number you like and reserve it for yourself. that way you can be the same number all year and not have to worry about someone else taking your number.

As for the Nov and Dec events, you are perfectly able to enter them. Just not yet as registration is not open yet for those events but keep checking. And definitely check the entry list after you register to make sure you did it right. A lot of people show up thinking they registered but they weren't on the list.

Hope that helps.
