CEL Subaru Help -- again

Hello all. I am getting 3 P0171's *Lean on the left bank* and 1 P1130 witch is some airflow problem. I have stock induction but 3" pipe from the stock downpipe flange back with no midpipe cat. the other cat's are intact. Any help would be apreacated.
