Congratulations once again to TEAM Blackout. This will be the fourth Cone for
Blackout in their first team season. Team Blackout continues to accelerate
to the front after a slow season start. Blackout is now tied for second with
the even paced Team Oddball, which oddly enough has hung on to second place,
yet to earn a cone.
Blackout’s Dwight Dongog and David GladuBlack have consistently improved giving the team
1000+ points. E-Stock driver Tom Hunsinger continues to provide consistent
1000+ scores for the team while ignoring advice from a fellow E-stock driver
on proper air pressures. Blackout picked up 28 points on
team leading SSHR.
Team Apex picked up almost a 1000 pts with the dropping of another low scoring event
pulling themselves up two spots ahead of Y! and nOOb.
Apex could be in strong contention for second or third place. With an average of 5090 pts over
their top five events and a strong finish, they could end up surprising Oddball and Blackout.
Laurel and Savannah of WMR continue to show marked improvement with
Laurel scoring 1053 pts as Team Autocross high scorer for event #10.
Teams Y! and nOOb continue to show difficulties with poor event attendance battling to stay off the bottom.
As always, comments and diatribe written here is not meant to offend or overly praise.
Thanks again to Rob for taking over while I fished and boated in his homeland, the great province of Ontario, Canada.
