Event Clean Up

I'm wondering why we assign people for set up but not for clean up after the autocross. At the event last Sunday only one entrant (Tom Hunsinger) stayed to help load the truck. It was almost 7 pm before he and Matt left the site.

Any suggestions on how to keep that from happening in the future?

In the past we've assigned a one or two people to help clean up as a part of their assignment.. Pat?

(BTW, Tom has helped either me or Jeff B or others clean up after many of the last several events)

Without Tom's amazing help, I would still be out at the site, probably blown into dust and swept into the dumpster. That guy is a saint, I tell all of you! Many, many thanks, Tom!
