Hi folks!
Thanks to all of you who were able to volunteer for this school! Due to the small number of entrants, our sponsor has asked to limit the number of comped rooms they provide to the bare minimum. I figured we'll need six SCCA coaches/staff to run the event and work with the local coaches. I picked the most experienced coaches who volunteered to fill the slots.
I've already notified the volunteers who have been chosen to support this school, so if you didn't get an e-mail from me, I'm not anticipating your attendance.
If however, you still want to coach, and can forgo the comped room, or maybe drive up early on Sunday, you are more than welcomed to do so. The number of comped rooms available is the sole factor in limiting volunteer participation. We can put anyone who shows up to work!
Please let me know if you plan on coming up, so I can be sure there's dinner and lunch available for you
