Calling all Novice drivers!!

Want to have some fun and maybe learn a thing or two from (ever so slightly) more experienced drivers?

Team n00b is back! And you can be part of the fun! Skill, ability and experience are NOT REQUIRED! In fact, the way team autocross points work, improvement is the key. So starting the season badly can actually help you do better later in the summer! No kidding!

All that we ask is that you try to make a goodly number of events this summer* and be prepared to have a lot of fun and make new friends. Sign up in this thread if you’re interested and let the games begin!

If you have any questions you can ask them here or track down Jamie Leben (#75 HS) or Ed Cushing (#24 ES) at an event!

*You don’t have to make every event, but if you can try to show up for a full season it will help us have a full roster for each event.

Has Team n00b formed yet? Im kinda interested. pretty sure im still a novice as i have never raced a summer series before. Where do i sign up? I may have a couple other drivers too but they are on the fence about it. Im trying to talk them into it.

Tell your friends there's no reason not to join. It's free, fun and doesn't require any effort. Just adds another dimention to the Summer! And we might try to get some team course walks together to help out.

Count myself (good lord, how long have I been a novice, exactly?) and Wendy (provisionally - Got to get her out to an event and get her hooked first. That's supposed to happen Sunday, weather permitting) in.

It looks like I can might be able to make SSE2 on 4/26, and SSE4 or 5 (Memorial weekend). Unfortunately I'll be out of town for SSE3 on May 10.
