315 35 17... $280!!!!! each. Sheesh... and the 710s in the same size are $220 each.
I bet these AS06s don't have the tread life of the 710s. Whomever decides to take another mortgage on their house, to get a set of HooHoo tires, should keep the list posted on the amount of runs you get out of the tire.

I spoke with Pete at Tire Source about them and he recommends waiting to hear how people are doing with them before buying. He doesn't want to see a repeat of the last mess with Hoosiers.

$261 vs $240 for my 245/35/18s.
I too look forward to hearing reports on the lifetime of the new Hoosiers.
So, who's going first? :-)

I went first... but Kumho doesn't make a fit for my car (yet).
JUST for think about something.. if the new Hoosier *was* faster, but didn't last as long, would you spend 20% more?

For national events where you could win more tires with Hoosier's contingency, maybe.
For local events, no.

I think each tire will require a bit different setup too, so the comparison will be car specific, and will take time.

Not unless I was Nationally competitive. It'd be a waste of money for local events.

Just like in the past, if you want to win you have to pay the price. If the Hoosiers are faster and the fastest drivers buy the them............
