At the 3-26 event we will be implementing a few new proceedures at registration. We are make these changes in an effort to get registration moving more quickly, get the event started on time, and maybe even give us a chance for more runs.
1. There will two registration lines. One for SCCA members and one for non members. If you do not have your current membership card with you, be in the non member line and you will pay the non member price. Please have your money, drivers license and membership card (if applicable) in hand and ready by the time you make it to the table. Write your checks before your get to the table. Member fees are $25 for each driver and non member fees are $45 for each driver (these are the current DIA fees). Non members with a valid and current military ID pay $35.
2. Car number and/or class changes will be handled with a new form. You will get this form at the registration table. It will then be YOUR responsibility to fill it out and get it to timing and scoring before 8:30 am when registration will close. Registration will not handle this for you.
3. The rental helmets will not be handled at registration. They will available either near registration or after registration closes. Helmet return will be handled after the last car of the last heat has run.
4. Late arrivals and walk up registration will not happen. On site registration will close at 8:30 am, don't be late and make absolutely sure you see your name in the list of registered entrants on the web site before online registration closes. Online registration alway closes two days before the event.
