Can I use wheel spacers and stay in ES? I've got a second set of rims I was going to use for track tires, but their offset is 52 compared to the original 23? I'll need spacers to bring them out to the original width.

page 62 of the 06 rule book says yes as long as the resulting offset is that of stock +/- 1/4 inch
and of corse the same with and diameter

Spacers to correct the offset are legal in Stock class, but make sure you still have plenty of thread engagement on the lugnuts or bolts. I've seen a few cars with spacers rip the threads off the wheel studs because only a few mm of threads were engaged.

and adding to that you can change your nuts and studs too it says on on the same page a few sentences down.

Welp, I'm thinking for the cost of the spacers and loss of centering on the hub, concern about extra lug nuts, I think I'm gonna look for some used rims.
Thanks,
Hank
