Would a 1972 Nova with a I6 (250ci) with bilstein shocks and 225/60R14 tires still be in H-stock? Since they don't make E78-14 or E70-14 tires anymore, also can you do a front disc brake conversion and be in H-stock, how about a complete disc brake conversion?

Yes RWD Novas with either the I4 or I6 are in HS. Tires are not the issue, well as long as they are DOT legal. its the wheels that you need to be sure of:

13.4 WHEELS

Any type wheel may be used provided it complies with the following:
it is the same width and diameter as standard, and as installed
(including wheel spacers if applicable) it does not have an offset
more than +/- 0.25 inch from a standard wheel for the car. The

resultant change in track dimensions is allowed.

Brake conversions are a no go for stock classes.

Edit - actually I should restate the disc brake thing. If it was a factory option available for your year Nova yes you could swap the brakes as long as everyting that was in the package to get he brakes was also swapped in as well. For example lets say (since its an american manufacturer) to get disc brakes you had to order option pkg A wich included power windows and locks. Your conversion to disc brakes would also require power windows and locks to be legal.
