Hello all,
Recently I have been certified through 3M in their Paint Protection Film Installation. As I have only recently been certified, It is highly recommended to do as many cars as possible to be sure to truly hone my skills. With this being said, I am going to offer the first few cars I do a huge discount on the service.
The typical installation is a hood and fenders. Among other things that can be done:
Side mirrors, headlights, bumpers, kick panels, Nerf bars, door handles and surrounding area (key and ring marks), area near your gas cap (tell me your car isn't scratched there), bumper tops, side markers, hood scoops, spoilers, cell phones, I-pods... Really any smooth surface I can clear bra for you. I even offer a door edge guard service to help keep your door edges clean and chip free without the excess of a heavy trim strip. This works the same as the clear bra, and is even the same material. This is one of my favorite items as it helps keep the door dings in the grocery store lot down to a minimum. I think this stuff should be standard on all cars...
The typical hood, fender and mirror application will cost you around $250 - $300 or even more at a dealership.
The same application could cost you around $200 - $250 or more at a shop.
Headlights go for around $100 a set.
On the high end I have seen people pay over $600 for a bumper to be done. This is a reasonable price considering the work and supply cost involved.
Here's your deal:
I'll do a hood, fender and mirror application for $75.00
Add the headlights for only $40.00
I will apply door edge guard to the front 2 doors of your car for free with any other service over $50.00. Any additional doors will be $10.00
Anything else I will have to see to give a cost, this is simply a basic pricing guide to help you make a decision. As custom work will soon be my forte', I would love to see what it is you would like done. Keep in mind that these prices are over 50% off of what you would pay most anywhere else! Also, these prices are for the average automobile, If you have a huge SUV, truck, or car for that matter the prices will need to adjust, but only slightly. I believe your only cost change would be $100 for a hood, fender and mirror application.
As with any Paint Protection Film provider, I will provide a warranty on installation and the product itself as well. Both will have a lifetime warranty for the original owner of the car, AKA not transferable. Below is a link to the 3M Paint Protection Website, there you can find all the information you might need to help you make a decision. There are also short videos demonstrating the effectiveness of this product.
