I know it's a little far, but Tire Source in Boulder is where many of the local racers go to. They will do any alignment you ask for, and if you make sure that Pete (the owner) does the wheels, they will be treated with kid gloves. He's the go to guy in the Boudler area.

On the way to taking your car in to Tire Source, stop at salvaggio's on Folsom and Pearl. Order the cajun roast beef. That's a damn fine sammich.

The prime rib sammich is good as well. If you take 28th to Pearl and go west, Salvaggio's on 3/4 of a block on the right. Its easy to enter the parking lot while heading west on Pearl.

Something closer to Tiresource, is Delizone. On Valmont between 30th and 28th in the Zarlengo shopping center. Its a 5 minute walk from Tiresource.

There is also a good coffee shop right next to tiresource in the new "steel yard" buildings.

I know you've already set up an appointment, but for the future, I take all my wheel/tire activities to Performance Wheel and Tire at Oxford and Santa Fe.

I always used the Discount Tire on Kipling and Jewell. Can't use that one right now as all there tire machines are melted into a big pile.

I've also used the Discount Tire on south Wadsworth. But make sure you remove any center caps from the wheels first. They have lost 3 of mine.

I second the Discount tire on south Wadsworth, Rei Makino, a fellow autocrosser works there and should be able to take care of all your needs. He mounted my cantilievered slicks on panasport UL's (that's putting a 9.5" tire on a 7" rim) with not a scratch.

Actually, there's nothing left. They razed the place over the past week. That fire was stunning.

The 1st ever set of Kuhmo's(5 years ago). They mounted them all 4 the same direction (all left sides) took them back and told them to flip 2 of the tires. They did not understand what "directional" was. Had to have the manager explain it to them. I wan not impressed.

Hmmm, that's odd, I've never had a poor experience there. Perhaps it's because I only deal with the owner's son. They even helped me out when I had some issues with Centerline.
