I was reading through the list of registrants for Saturday's event and when I found four incorrectly registered cars in SS, I thought I'd better ask for registration corrections ASAP, before registration closes Thursday morning. I'm going to call attention to the these four cars only ... but, to everyone else, please check your registration to ensure you are registered in the proper class with the proper car. This will save me time updating the driver database before the event and allow us to get underway faster. And, please post a thread if you have questions about car classifications. Folks are more than willing to help out.
84SS Craig Ross:
If you are indeed driving a 1997 BMW M3, you are not in SS. Please see this link to correctly class your car - it's Jerry Mouton's website and I've directed you to stock BMW classes: http://www.moutons.org/sccasolo/Lists/2006/stockm.html#BMW
86SS Mark Hernandez & 87SS Kris Woods:
If you are indeed driving a 1986 Toyota Corolla, you are not in SS. If it's a stock car, you're in HS.
If you are co-driving, one of you needs a number between 0 and 99 and the other needs to add 100 to that number (i.e. if one of you is 12, the other needs to be 112). This helps grid and Timing & Scoring identify co-driven cars.
199SS Frank Wetsch:
If you are indeed driving a 1984 Mazda RX7, you are not in SS. If this is a stock car, I believe you are in ES which if for all non-turbo RX7's.
I'm assuming you are planning on having a co-driver for this car sometime this season since you have registered the number 199. If not, please select an available number between 0 and 99.
Thanks!
