Here is the list of people doign course setup for saturday's winter event.

If you are not going to attend this event, and listed above. Please let me know.

Please arrive onsite between 6:30-6:45am saturday morning. It will be chilly, so I would recommend warm clothing (hats and gloves recommended). I'm hoping to get the course open for walking by 7:45-8:00pm.

We will need extra push brooms as well. The north-east corner of the lot has a good number of rocks and dirt, so we will need to get that swept. If you have a good shop push broom, please bring it. I know the truck has 2 brooms, but more would make the job go by quicker.

For the dirty area, make good use of the leaf blower, or if any of your workers have there own, get 'em to bring it along. Check with the chief 'o equipment and make sure there is plenty of gas for it.

Did you check the lot recently to see if there was dirt, or are you taking this from last year? Last I saw it was pretty clean, they cleaned it prior to Christmas.

I have not checked recently. When I was there back in January, there was some dirt collected there. I think the wind kind of spirals the dirt & rocks into that corner, for some reason.

I have to pick up someone at the airport this afternoon. I'll take a quick peek and scope it out.

I can't wait to do some AUTOCROSSING!!! I've watched so much in-car video this past week, i'm dreaming of slithering through the cones!
