Classing a modded Passat

I received this email today. Can someone help me with classing I'm assuming SM or OSP.

The car is a 2003 Passat 1.8turbo

GIAC chip (boost increased to 15psi)
Intake
Sport springs and shocks
rear sway bar
Diverter valve
8 inch wide tires on 17 inch wheels
cosmetic mod's, but I do not think that effects classification

sounds like SM its borderline SP but i think the diferent blow off valve puts him in SM

SM. He's chipped. I chipped my 1.8T and went to SM a couple seasons ago.

I didn't think there was anywhere else for that car since he had played with boost. I'll pass it on.

FWIW the new rules this year allow turbo cars to mess with boost in SP classes since it was imposible to police they allow it that includes chips but not blow off valve or turbo changes
