Hey. I just wanted to say that I had a great time on Saturday at La Junta. Thank you so much to everyone involved in putting on the event. Also, I wanted to give a special thanks to Graeme for being an awesome instructor. You really helped me out on getting the correct line and braking zones down. I really appreciate your help, plus, now everytime I mess up racing I'll have the voice of the angry scot yelling in my head.
Again, thank you to everyone who put on the event on Saturday. I had a great time and I hope to see you all again in Pueblo!

Thanks for making the trip Dylan.
Good job on picking up the line so quickly -- your video looks pretty good!

Glad to give you a great incentive to not mess up... :p

STS competition at the track... Now that will be interesting! :D I'm looking forward to it. Although, depending on what tires I'll be running, I might or I might not run STS (and depending on any objections  )

Hmmmm.
Race tires would probably give you faster lap times (at least 'til they start getting greasy), but honestly, I'm not sure you'll find it any more fun with them (someone who's run both might offer a different view).
I do know that while street tires are slower (and I'm guessing get greasy sooner), they have the advantage of "talking" to you---useful feedback when you're learning. Race tires don't seem to have much to say.
Just food for thought.

What David said.
The STS guys that came out to La Junta were plenty fast on street tires. Tyler and Kelly's cars were well setup, and enjoyed plenty of grip to have some fun!
