Greetings fellow Club Trials drivers

sanction numbers have been received, and registration is now open for the Labor Daze Club Trials and PDX event at La Junta.

Please read the following thread carefully, to answer your registration questions

http://www.rmsolo.org/forums/showthread.php?t=2305

(just replace any references to April with September)

Some important things you may forget

- when you go to DLBracing.com to register, make sure you are logged on (if you have an account) and try clicking "refresh" on your browser if you encounter any issues during registration. Some cookies do not work with the DLB site, so refreshing the page usually cures those problems.

- make sure you fill in all the fields on the registration page, including things like car track, transponder number and weight. These fields are more for the road racers, but the system requires you fill in something (anything will do) in order to complete the registration page. As I state in the above referenced thread, you can use "none" or "0000" (four zero's) if you do not know the answer to the field.

-prepayment is required, either by check or Paypal. If you have any issues, contact me. If you run into issues with paying via paypal, linked from the DLB site, you can register per normal, and indicate you are going to pay by check. This completes your registration, THEN you can go to paypal, and send money to me directly

Please let me know if you have any questions or problems. I can be reached at GBarclay"at"aol.com

DO NOT send me a PM on this site, I am rarely logged on here. Send me an email

Only a few days left to register for this fun filled driving experience and Club Trials event.

We have some of Colorado's best road course instructors on hand to help you improve your times, and to show you the correct line. There will be some great battles in the road racing classes to watch. Supper at the track on Saturday for all drivers. Good weather is forecast, and I hear there may be cold beer after the racing is over for the day.

Email me at GBarclay "at" aol.com if you have any questions.

So if you are not driving at PPCC on the weekend, make the trip to La Junta and come experience a track with a lot of SCCA history.

What Arn sez!

Barreling into turn 1 at around 110mph with your right foot buried in the floorboards is something else. Lap times in the 1 minute range makes for an easy to learn track and a whole bunch of fun. Come on down! :D

When is registration for this weekend closing? (sorry, I couldn't find it anywhere.)

I might try and do the free PDX/cornerwork thing on Saturday, back to PPCC for autox on Sunday.
