Season points are based on the national PAX.

The national PAX is determined every year. This number depends how the planets are aligned, what is the tide level of the Nile, and where the bones fall on the plate on that particular time. After Nationals, I would do a dance around the camp fire in Solo City in hopes of a better PAX next season.

you got it all wrong about rtp/pax its how much money Rick Ruth gets from people in certain classes if you ever notice CP gets easier or stays the same every year while ST() classes seem to get harder.
