Huge Japanese Spoilers

Someone on one of the mailing lists posted a link to a site with a ton of pictures of Japanese cars with huge 'ol wings on them a while back...

These are cars of the "Bosozoku".
Apparently, these guys started out as late-night biker gangs making lots of noise and often tearing things up.
A related activity of these gangs (or a related gang?) is to mod their cars, emulating styles in the USA, as well as mocking them.

I totally respect the owner/builder of that sweet early JDM sedan.

I bet these guys are the driver and co-driver . . . don't mess with them, they've got huge . . . magnets.
