Colorado Region Renting Helmets in 2006

The CR region for our DIA events will be renting helmets to drivers.

Rentals will most likely be $10 for the day, and you have to supply your drivers license which you will receive back at the end of the day.

As always there are a few 'dirty' ones you can use per run for free, but not keep all day, as an alternative to renting these clean ones.

Jeff, I'm not having much luck up north here finding a helmet and I used the rentals on two AX's. I'm reluctant to buy one by mail without trying it on for size and such.

I'd purchase one like the rentals online if I knew the model number,... and possibly a supplier.

Any chance you happen to know this?

We bought these helmets from Matt Leicester he may be of some assistance if your looking for one. Most motorcycle shops carry a variety too. Just get snell requirements on yours.

if you make it to Ft Collins, there is a Yamaha dealer located just east of exit to Prospect Rd (about exit # 268). They have a large selection of helmets that you can try on.
