Usually the we will get a supply of rule books to sell sometime before the first Summer Series event. You can always order from the national office, and you can download the rulebook as a pdf from the National Solo Rules link at the left. Of course if you are competing at a national event you need the actual rulebook, not a downloaded copy.

We should have them for sale at the next event at DIA. I ordered 30 copies for the region to sell. They should be arriving any day now.

First come, first served. They will be available at registration on the 25th. Do you have a national even before then? If so, I'll see if I can get permission to sell them before the event, but you'll have to come to my house or at least my office. I will not ship it.

feb 25 should be fine i might even have the car together by then to atempt to run it on its virgin run
