Very fun course, and the weather held out.

Thanks Dan Haydlauf for a course with a different look at World Arena!

Twas a very entertaining course indeed. Weather was nice. I liked the grid area better than Winter Event #1. Good times. Event ran very smoothly.

BTW, here's a vid. Expires in 7 days or after a certain amount of hits. So enjoy.

I had a great time. Looking forward to DIA on the 25th, hopefully I'll have some race rubber.

I very much enjoyed that course, and I really liked taking 90 seconds to complete on my final run... it gave me time to admire each and every cone... :D:D

By the way, if anyone has a complete fuel distributor for a VW 1.8L 16v motor... let me know!

Excellent time on Sunday with the weather holding nicely it was awesome for some racing. Nice job on the course Dan...very nicely layout and use of WA.

Other than the morning where it took some time to get started it was a great time.

One suggestion, can we designate some orange vests for Grid workers? With the sea of people it's not easy to pick them out for those who are novices and even for those who are experienced.

I worked T&S in the morning where we had some hectic moments in the trailer.

We had two issues that contributed to the Heat 1 delays. First, we were having some significant radio issues that prevented required communications between the corners and Control. Russ Johnson and I thought we were going to have to use cell phones to call in cones from one corner ;-)

Second, we had a T&S glitch that required the rebooting of the T&S computer--glad Bob K. was there to make sure we didn't lose the event!

Glad things went smoother in the second heat.

I want to thank our chiefs team for their efforts on Sunday, Jan 15. We're very fortunate to have such a great core of competent, can-do individuals who show up on time, do their jobs without needing to be told, pitch in when needed in other areas, and generally make things happen when they need to.

Not only that, but there's a group of other volunteers who are ready, willing and able to do whatever necessary to ensure that events run smoothly. I have a lot of confidence that when we need new talent on the chiefs team, we'll have a steady pool of quality members to dip into.

When you see someone with a black chiefs hat, take a moment to thank 'em; they'll probably be busy doing something, but they'll be glad to hear from you.

I'd like to thank you all for such a fun event. I had a blast on that course, and everything ran without a hitch. The delays in the morning were dealt with quickly and effectively (I don't recall any problems at all after that:) ). All in all, a typical rmsolo event- Fun, Safe, and Friendly!

Oh yeah, even though you got red-flagged, that was one heck of a ride in that rx-8, Clay!

If you just want pictures of your car on course, we can try but can't make any guarantees. We don't charge for anything.

If you want to buy a *really* nice picture of your car, you should talk to Cliff Lawson. He usually comes out to the summer events and takes great pictures.

That was an awesom picture. I'll make sure to hunt him down. But in the mean time, if we could link up at DIA I would like something to send out to my "fans". Thanks
