. . . will support the 15 Jan event at World Arena!
As always, if you plan on them swapping tires for you, get there early, and remember, they're not getting paid by the company to support us.
Thanks!

BTW - There's a possibility they may decide not to support the Summer Series. They're not sure whether they're getting much return on their investment. I know some of you have supported them, and we should all thank you for that. If you haven't, please consider using them whenever possible, (even for the easy stuff) and when you do, make sure they know you're with the SCCA by asking for your SCCA discount!
I really appreciated the outstanding support that we received from them at events last season. But being in Windsor, it isn't practical for me to do business with them.
I did try to do business with them when I was buying race tires--something at least when I asked that was conspiciously absent from their product offering. Short of street touring tires, and then only the Falkens, they had little to offer for rubber relevant to autocrossing.
I was unable to use their services at the events, since while they were able to (un)mount tires, they were not able to balance them, which is a requirement for me.
So I think that leaves most of the business we could send their way limited to alignments and other service they can do in the shop.
I understand that not everyone can use their services due to" geographical constraints." I'm sure there are many others in the same boat. I'm only asking that if it's practical to, please consider them.
No pressure; just a reminder . . .

There's no mechanism for measuring how much biz TW gets from us other than word-of-mouth; I suggest publishing their email contact info for the membership, and encourage contacting them to say when we've used them, OR REFERRED FRIENDS TO THEM, so that they'll have some way to justify their continued support.
It's a whole lot easier to keep a sponsor than to find a new one. Whaddaya say, Arn?

Sure. There's a link to their web site on the rmsolo home page. We just need to remind folks to use it.

I am constantly referring people to them, but I agree if they want to truly want to be "in the game" than why not at least make race rubber available thru special order??? I can undertsand not stocking it, but at least have a catalog ready to go!
