Hi all -

I decided to sell my rental house up here in Ft. Collins. Thought I would see if anybody here was looking to either move up here, buy a place for the kids to go to college, or otherwise change locations.

The house is 4 bedroom, 2 bath. 1800sq feet. Bilevel, almost 100% redone in 1998. A/C and gas heat, and a 2-car oversize heated garage. Big driveway, about 1/4 acre, and a new privacy fence from 2004. Price is $202K, or thereabouts.

Thought I'd start putting the feelers out. If you folks know anybody looking, let me know!

i used to live on Horsetooth and Shields. i love FTC, wanna move back but not sure if i wanna do Loveland or something else more south of FTC.

This is a pretty nice house, especially for the location. Big Garage as well, with plenty of work area available.

Great house for a first-time buyer.
